As an innovative consulting company, we must not be satisfied with designing, customizing, and implementing certain components and areas of SAP-based ERP and business management systems. The custom solutions we have implemented make it possible to integrate information and messages transmitted through different communication channels (e-mail, fax, SMS, voice, etc.) into SAP and content management/archiving systems (communication system integration), perform quality control and related document management tasks with a Web-based solution (WebSuite), interface SAP with imaging and document capture systems that process paper-based documents and integrate information into business processes, or automatically display a large number of images and electronic documents related to a given work task. Imaging and Document Capture Interfaces

For precise and cost-effective operation, one often needs to digitize (scan) the traditional, paper-based documents arriving at the company, to process the information they contain (possibly automatically), and to transmit information to SAP during business processes.
The processed image and the extracted data are received by the ERP application, where they start a predefined sequence of events, during which the paper-based document no longer needs to travel in its physical form between the various workplaces.
