SAP Hungary, Ltd. launched a four-session SAP MANAGEMENT SEMINAR in February 28, 2008. Through presentations and live demonstrations, the workshop series aims to inform SAP customers and users in Hungary about the latest SAP-related ‘Overlay’ solutions, that enables companies to make their operation more effective.

One workshop during the first management seminar was led by Creative 4U, Ltd. Through case studies and a live demonstration we presented how interactive PDF forms may be used within the business processes to seamlessly replace existing paper forms or other, less effective ways of communication. By using electronic forms, the amount of human interaction can be reduced and casual, mobile or remote users can be involved in the SAP processes. Besides, electronic information is easier to process and therefore the quality of data is improved.

The introduction held by the representative of SAP Hungary and our presentation, which featured live demonstration, addressed questions such as:

	How to easily integrate forms into SAP applications?
	What are the main functions and features of electronic forms?
	How to replace paper-based processes, improve data accuracy and achieve cost saving?
