Project Management

During projects, especially IT projects, there are all kinds of preparatory, planning, organizational, and controlling tasks. Coordinating and executing these tasks often require more resources and project management skills than the customers internally may have.

The primary goal of project management consulting is to create effective operational conditions and a framework for our customers’ projects that make it possible for them to execute the projects in an optimal and controllable way and to meet the goals by the specified deadline and within the designated budget. This is guaranteed partly by the methodology used and partly by the wide scope of activities, which include the following:

	project scoping
	defining deliverables
	planning and defining resource needs
	defining the organizational structure
	defining roles and responsibilities
	managing people and implementing communication
	budget tracking
	managing legal and commercial affairs
	providing quality assurance
	providing risk assessment and management
	offering change management
	offering configuration management
	defining reporting structure
	monitoring milestones
	preparing reports, presentation and documentation

Project management as a service can be realized in two forms. First, on the consulting level, it may involve providing support for our customers’ projects in all phases of project management, from the preparation to the successful closure of the project. Second, it may mean undertaking and implementing complete project management, including the above-mentioned goals and tasks.
